Medication Assistance Program

The Medication Assistance Program (MAP) assist individuals to obtain free medications when they are unable to afford necessary medications and who meet financial qualifications. This is a separate program offered by the Clinic is open to any person (does  not require being a registered patient at the Clinic or a resident of Orange County)....

How it works: Most brand name pharmaceutical companies offer Patient Assistance Programs which provide free prescriptions for income-eligible individuals. Each Company , however, has its own application, eligibility criteria, and application process. We navigate this process for you!

The Pharmacy Connection software helps caseworkers find and apply for the patient assistance programs that can help cover prescriptions.
