Convenience, Reliability, Privacy and Comfort...

Uninsured, Underinsured Adults who cannot afford basic healthcare have access to the following services at the Orange County Free Clinic:

Since March 2020, Telehealth visits with Providers have become the  new normal for OCFC  and others. We appreciate how our community of patients have adjusted and express their appreciation as well, services were not interrupted! 

Primary  Health Care Office

 

Acute Medical Care and

Chronic Care -Management of Chronic diseases (Diabetes, hypertension, asthma  and hyperthyroidism for example) 

  

X-rays and Laboratory tests

 

Referrals to Specialty Care

 

Common generic medications through Orange Pharmacy and Your Gordonsville Pharmacy with a $2.00 administrative fee for each prescription filled.

 

High Cost medications can be ordered through the Medication Assistance Program, which has a separate enrollment on-site and does not require registration as a OCFC patient or Orange County residency... Medications are shipped to the Clinic for pick-up .

 

Limited Mental Health Counseling Services by Appointment

 

Women's Care (limited) including Pap and Pelvic Screenings, Mammograms for women 40+

 

Dental Vouchers for emergency services (when funding is available) for service at local dental providers

 

 

In-Kind Support: Many of our servces are supported and made possible through the generosity of partners like NOVANT Health UVA Health Systems Culpeper Medical Center, LabCorp and other partners who recognize the need in our community!

An Important notice to our patients, OCFC will refer you to other healthcare professionals for the following: The Clinic does not provide these medications or services. 

-Medications that are controlled substances (pain medicines, opiates, relaxants)

 

-Services provided by the Health Department, such as birth control, immunizations, and screening for sexually transmitted diseases
