Chronic Disease Care -Management of Chronic diseases (Diabetes, hypertension, asthma and hyperthyroidism for example)
Mental Health Counseling
Medical Supplies and take home monitoring devices for patients with chronic illnesses are provided through our OCFC Cares service.
X-rays and Laboratory tests
Referrals to Specialty Care
Common generic medications through Orange Pharmacy and Your Gordonsville Pharmacy with a $2.00 administrative fee at the pharmacy for each prescription filled.
Medication Assistance Program (MAP): Medications can be ordered through the Medication Assistance Program, which has a separate enrollment on-site and does not require registration as a OCFC patient . Pharmaceutical companies supply Medications and may be shipped to the patient or to the Clinic for pick-up .
Women's Care including Pap and Pelvic Screenings, referrals for Mammogram Screening for women 40+
Monthly UVA Mobile Mammogram Screenings through "Every Woman's Life"- a grant funded service
Community Pantry /Closet:
Food, clothing
Personal Hygeine and OTC supplies
