Convenience, Reliability, Privacy and Comfort...

Mental Health Services: With an outpouring of requests for services amongst our patients, OCFC recognized the need to step up efforts to secure funding for this critical service that would help alleviate real concerns about the lack of affordable mental health care in our community! We appreciate how our community came together to help support this critical need. A seed grant from Culpeper Wellness Foundation in 2022 and a grant from Sentara Healthcare in 2023 helps support the continuation of this position. Now three days a week, services are offered to patients who are assured of continuity of care at the Clinic, having their physical and mental health needs addressed.

Service includes:

• Primary and acute care
• Spanish Language Interpreter
• Chronic Disease Care -Management of Chronic diseases (Diabetes, hypertension, asthma  and hyperthyroidism for example) 
• Mental Health Counseling 
• Medical Supplies and take home monitoring devices for patients with chronic illnesses are provided through our OCFC Cares service. 
• X-rays and Laboratory tests
•  Referrals to Specialty Care
•  Common generic medications are provided through Orange Pharmacy and Your Gordonsville Pharmacy 
• Medication Assistance Program (MAP):  Medications can be ordered through the Medication Assistance Program, which has a separate enrollment on-site and does not require registration as a OCFC patient . Pharmaceutical companies supply Medications and may be shipped to the patient or to the Clinic for pick-up .
• Women's Wellness Care  including Pap and Pelvic Screenings, referrals for Mammogram Screening for women 40+ 
• Monthly UVA Mobile Mammogram  Screenings through "Every Woman's Life"- a  grant funded service 
• Sentara Martha Jefferson Hospital brings Colon Cancer Screenings twice a year to the Clinic 

Wrap Around Services:

• Community Health Worker- Offers support and assistance to patients with non-medical needs
• Community Food Pantry (canned goods, fresh eggs and vegatables in season) and  Clothes Closet
• Personal Hygeine and OTC supplies.
