The health status of each patient is determined and assessed by reviewing records, taking comprehensive medical histories and performing physical examinations. OCFC is a full time health safety net in Orange County offering both acute and chronic care to its patients including mental health counseling services. OCFC also provides laboratory tests, specialist referrals and onsite procedures.  Patient education sessions on topics such as nutrition and diabetes management is a critical component of patient care.  The medical visit at OCFC is free.
